Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you use WhoWasRight, we collect the conversation text, screenshots, or audio recordings you submit for analysis. We also collect anonymous page view analytics (which pages are visited) via Supabase. We do not require an account or collect personal information like your name or email to use the tool.

How We Use Your Data

Your submitted conversations, screenshots, and audio are sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. The analysis results are returned to you immediately. We use page view analytics to understand which parts of the site are used and to improve the product.

Data Retention

We do not store your conversations, screenshots, or audio recordings after analysis. Once your results are generated and returned, your submitted content is discarded. Anonymous analytics data is retained to track site usage.

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI — processes your submitted content to generate the argument analysis. Subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.
• Supabase — stores anonymous page view analytics. No personal data is sent.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Any cookies present are strictly functional (e.g., basic site operation).

We Don't Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Your Rights

Since we don't store your submitted content or require an account, there is no personal data to request deletion of. If you have questions about your data, contact us.
